Job description & required skill sets:
Information System Project Manager required to plan, direct, coordinate, negotiate, present and manage high level projects and lead med. to large teams in information systems, system analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation. Strong quality and software configuration management knowledge required. Must understand legacy applications architecture while designing applications with latest technologies.
Knowledge of project planning/tracking/reporting and charter, scope, estimation, scheduling, change control, requirements/design document, required understanding of on/offshore delivery model and iterative development approach required. Master's Degree in Engg/Comp Sci, Sci./App., IT , Math or Sci. or foreign equiv plus 3 years of programming.
Experience in Project Management, OR a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields plus 5 years of programming experience in Project Management required.
